When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest and message. Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.

If website analytics are enabled in future, we may also collect technical information such as browser type and pages visited — only with your consent through a cookie banner.

We process your enquiry data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange consultations you request and maintain a record of our correspondence. Processing is based on the consent you give when submitting the form (Section 6, Act 709). We do not use enquiry data for direct marketing, and we do not sell personal data.

Enquiries are delivered to our team by an email delivery provider acting as our data processor. That provider may process data on servers located outside Malaysia; where this happens, we rely on the safeguards permitted under Section 129 of Act 709 (as amended in 2024). We do not disclose your data to any other third party unless required by law.

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up engagement, and no longer than 24 months after our last correspondence, after which they are deleted (Section 10, Act 709).

We apply practical technical and organisational safeguards (Section 9, Act 709): the website is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated and rate-limited, access to enquiry data is limited to authorised personnel, and our processors are bound by the same security obligations under the 2024 amendments.

Under Act 709 you may, at any time:

• request access to your personal data (Section 30);
• request correction of inaccurate data (Section 34);
• withdraw your consent to processing (Section 38);
• require us to stop processing that causes damage or distress (Section 42); and
• request your data in a portable, machine-readable format (2024 amendment).

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner within 72 hours and affected individuals within 7 days where the breach is likely to cause significant harm, as required by the 2024 amendments.

Penyimpanan: rekod pertanyaan disimpan tidak melebihi 24 bulan selepas surat-menyurat terakhir, kemudian dipadamkan (Seksyen 10).

Hak anda: anda berhak mengakses (S.30) dan membetulkan (S.34) data anda, menarik balik persetujuan (S.38), menghalang pemprosesan yang menyebabkan kemudaratan (S.42) dan meminta data dalam format mudah alih (pindaan 2024).
